Forbo Movement Systems hat eine neue Produktlinie für besonders hygienesensible Band-Anwendungen entwickelt. Unter dem Namen „Siegling Fullsan“ wird ein aus hochwertigem TPU hergestelltes homogenes Transport- und Prozessband angeboten. Homogene Bänder sind leicht zu reinigen und sind gegen die bei der Reinigung eingesetzten Chemikalien resistent. Homogene Bänder sind komplett versiegelt, wodurch sie keine Angriffspunkte für Verschmutzungen durch Öl, Fett, Feuchtigkeit und Bakterien bieten. Sie eignen sich hervorragend für den Einsatz in besonders hygienekritischen Anwendungen. Bei den zurzeit verfügbaren Siegling Fullsan Produkten handelt es sich um die Serie „Flat“ als verstärkte „Pro“-Version (FLT+). Die neuen Bandtypen sind mit einer matten Oberfläche für Staubetrieb oder für den Transport von trockenen und verpackten Produkten und einer glänzenden Oberfläche mit hoher Reinigungsfähigkeit bei Anwendungen mit nassen/feuchten Produkten erhältlich.
