Keymac Packaging Systems was founded in 2005. For 16 years Keymac has earned its reputation as a manufacturer of packaging machinery. Our range includes the following machines: Machines for packing fresh products in PLASTIC-FREE packaging. Erectors: Packaging machines for forming cartons from flat blanks by the use of a locking tab mechanism (gluing optional). Speed up to 60 cycles per minute per forming head. Closer: Packing machine for the automatic closing of filled cartons. Three flaps or single flap style. Speed up to 200 cartons per minute. Cartoners. Semi-Automatic and Automatic Horizontal Cartoners: Rate up to 120 cartons per minute. Sleevers (for ready meals, pots or fresh products): Machines for inserting a tray or a pot into a pre-glued sleeve. Available in different versions at speeds up to 80 trays / pots per minute.
