Our company was established in 1989. We have more than 40 years of relevant international experience, including university degrees (Dipl.-Ing., MSc) and postgraduate management qualifications (MBA) in our respective fields. We supply renowned national and international foundries and model makers with all kinds of commodities, as well as consumer goods and wear parts for moulding, blasting and mixing systems. We are also a sales representative for the casting hammers of the PowerHammer Company. We have an export share of over 70% and conduct business in German, English and French. Istanbul Döküm has flexible production methods enable to produce, cast iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand moulding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, is equipped to supply complex castings to customers. Our prices are competitive and our quality is at European level. With induction furnaces, total liquid metal capacity is 6, 5 tons and annual production capacity is 2500 tons. All of your castings are passed through a 3D simulation stage to prevent errors and defects. Istanbul Döküm is always on your side with your designs and projects from modelling to moulding, from casting to grinding, from machining to final inspection. In line with the pattern demand, the technical drawings are given to the pattern shop in our structure or to the pattern manufacturers we have been working for years. Depending on the demand of the customer, pre-machining and final machining, are done in our own machining shop and in the companies we have been cooperating with for many years. In the laboratory, for all productions, chemical analysis, mechanical yield - tensile - elongation tests, and when required hardness tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are provided. Industries we serve are, pumps and components, valves, general machinery, marine industry, turbines, hydrolic and petrochemical industry, iron and steel industry.

The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.
