Hopper elevator is widely used for various processing solutions to lift the product to specific height and use gravity to transport the product through the processing unit.
The main applications of different hopper elevators types include fish or other product grading, nobbing, filleting and others.
The tank volume and lifting belt dimensions can be ordered in large variety depending on the processing needs.
Product is filled in hopper tank. Modular chains ensure safe product to batching area. Infeed area is adjustable for different product types.
Dosing unit is easy adjustable for different size batches and different products. Horizontal product distribution ensures no damage to the product and precise dosing of the product.
Sufficient space and product distribution ensures repeatable batch size with precision of 1-2 product pieces overweight/underweight.
Discharge zone conveyor ensures full dose dischardge in designed pack. Changeable discharge chutes enables multi-type packaging style usage in the production.
Whole line can be implemented together with automatic carton box folding equipment and full box robotic palletising system.
Autpacking line is designed to fully automate fish packing into cans. From fresh or defrosted fish recieving in hopper to head, tail cutting and degutting and to packing into jitney, tall or buff can. The main application is for sardine, mackerel, herring or other type of pelagic fish or vegetables.
Fish is supplied into receiving tank, where hopper- elevator lifts them up and drops onto distribution chute that later guides them onto rotating rollers. Tank is equipped with water level control system that helps to control permanent fish flow in any stage of work.
Roller grading unit performs fish grading into three grades + oversize grade. Grading unit rollers are deployed into V shape with option to adjust the gap between rollers on in and out feed sides. Fish slides down the gap between rollers while the size of the gap is smaller than thickness of fish. When the fish size matches the gap size it falls through the roller gap and drops in the determined grade.
Grades are separated and guided to cross – conveyors by easy moveable chutes. Fish from each grade is conveyed to the plastic bins is transported out with cross-conveyors. When the plastic bins are full with fish, the line operator can separately stop any of cross-conveyors, change the bin and run the conveyor again.
