The company Sethness Roquette has specialized in manufacturing caramels used in a variety of forms (liquid, paste, powder and flakes) for small agri-food trades and industries since 1880. CARAMEL COLOURINGS: Caramel colourings are the most heavily used colourings in the agri-food industry. Caramel colourings are renowned for their quality, and offer different soluble solutions for every application to standardize the colour. BURNT SUGARS : Burnt sugars come in liquid or powder form, and are caramelized sugars that add caramel taste and/or colour to food products. AROMATIC CARAMELS: Aromatic caramels are produced using controlled action of heat on food-grade sugars. Coming in liquid or solid form, they provide a more or less pronounced caramel taste depending on the end requirement. We produce caramels of the honey, traditional or strong flavours by varying the cooking time.
