The INTELCARE cosmetics laboratory is renowned for its outstanding know-how and its team's passion for developing quality beauty and wellbeing care products that live up to their promises. Our cosmetics laboratory and production plants were designed to meet best practice manufacturing standards and have ISO22716 and ISO 9001 certification. Our workshops and stocks are housed in a total of 1000 m2 spread across the manufacturing area, the packing area, the development and formulation laboratory, the raw materials stores, packaging articles and finished products. We have a comprehensive and powerful fleet of processing, filling and packing machinery. We are committed to protecting the environment and our customers' health, so our products do not contain any parabens, silicone or mineral oil. We source the main active ingredients of our products from nature. We use plant extracts that are full of vitamins, plant oils that contain essential fatty acids, aromatic essential oils. They are bursting with nutrients.

The roots of the Allgäuer Ölmühle (Allgäu oil mill) lie in the heart of the Allgäu region in southern Germany. This where people go for health treatments and on holiday "just because it's good for you" thanks to the therapeutic effects of being in nature and healthy food to eat. The company was founded in 2004 and is located in the beautiful Ostallgäu district to the east, only a few minutes' drive from the motorway exit for Rückholz/Nesselwang (A7/138). Cold-pressed vegetable oils are the most valuable components and sources of energy for a healthy and balanced diet. We place great importance on using the best raw products and we process organically produced oilseeds and nuts, from local sources where possible. In addition, we can press and individually bottle special ingredients at your request. If you would like to drop in, please give us a quick call beforehand. We do not have any fixed opening hours because someone is usually available at our organic farm. We moved our production site to Kempten in central Allgäu a few years ago.

For several years our laboratory, located near to Avignon in southern France, has been studying the biological activities of essential oils. We are able to create one or more natural aromatic compositions to your exact specifications. We are distributors of essential oils for the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and veterinary industries and direct to pharmacies. We also create blends of essential oils that combine proven biological properties (weight-loss, calming, hydrating, etc.) with highly attractive odours. On demand, we can create specific compositions for you (allergen-free, Ecocert certified, etc.). We have the in-house ability to carry out all physical controls, such as density, refraction index, optical deviation, etc., on all physical characteristics of essential oils. We also have our own gaseous phase chromatograph and mass spectrometer for identifying molecules. For all our organic and conventional essential oils, we work with suppliers from across the planet: from South Africa and Canada, China and Indonesia. Our number one goal is sourcing quality raw materials.
