EKT Thalheim & Das Kofferwerk GmbH was established in 1998 from the former Thalheim case factory in Germany's Ore Mountains. Out of the existing operations for the production of travel cases and bags, the products have been adapted to meet the current demand of the market and the required parameters for our certification as per DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008. Having renewed our entire fleet of machinery, trained up specialist personnel and established our own CAD department, we can produce all kinds of covers, technical containers, packages and special items according to customer wishes and price requirements. We develop, manufacture and sell custom sewed products as well as technical cases and bags. In doing so, we combine the traditional craftsmanship of a small-scale enterprise with the latest methods in manufacturing. With our team and managing director Daniel Proba, who has a background working at a long-established electroplating company in Southern Germany, we meet your individual requirements using state-of-the-art processes and systems engineering. Our company site, comprising 5800 square metres, is located in Böbingen an der Rems, a location in Southern Germany providing optimal infrastructure and thriving nature.
