We are Hermann Bantleon GmbH – the lubricant specialist from Ulm. A medium-sized company with around 250 employees. We advise our customers on site and create customised concepts. Our range covers the entire process chain of the metal processing industry – from machining the workpiece to cleaning and packaging. We support plant and machine manufacturers in the automotive sector right from the design phase. Sustainability is our corporate goal. That is why we do our own research and develop long-lasting products. In addition, we participate in various projects, such as bee conservation or CO2 compensation through reforestation. Employees, customers and business partners can acquire new knowledge in the BANTLEON FORUM. We assume social and communal responsibility. For example, we support social institutions and events in the areas of health, culture and sports.

IDG-Dichtungstechnik GmbH sees itself as a technology centre for innovative high and ultra-high performance seals. As a developer and manufacturer, IDG concentrates its competence on seals whose materials are mainly based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). IDG uses the brand name of MANOY® for all products constructed on the basis of its own compounds. The IDG product programme comprises seals, O‑rings and bearing elements for all standard industrial applications. These are summarised here in the corresponding catalogues. IDG seals come in versions compliant with DIN/ISO as well as with industry standards that have been developed on the market and at IDG. Another focus of our activities lies in the adaptive design and manufacture of seals and sealing elements for special requirements. Special seals are often needed because of the dimensions of existing grooves in older constructions. Customised special seals. IDG offers the exceptional service of developing high-performance, customer-specific seals for complex sets of requirements on an individual basis. In this we are helped by, among other things, our wide-ranging experience with very special MANOY® material compounds. Industry-specific seals. Food processing technology and hydroelectric engineering place quite specific demands on seals. Standardised industrial seals are usually unsuitable for a variety of reasons.

In the world of alcohol production and distillation, all roads have led to the company Kothe for over 40 years. We produce thought-out distillation systems at the highest technical level from the initial idea to the final detail – always individually adapted to the requirements of our international customers. From small private distilleries to small commercial distilleries, lockup distilleries or vodka and whisky distilleries – each of our distillation systems is customised, and demonstrates the best of what you can expect from distillery technology. All our distillation systems are manufactured to customer request after intensive consultation. We show particular consideration here for the raw materials to be processed, and also compile complete processing plans in addition to the distillation system. To this end, you also get a comprehensive range of accessories from us – from the small alcohol detection device to filling and labelling systems. We design turnkey grain or molasses distilleries as well as fruit distilleries – from tree recommendations through mashing and distilling right up to completion and storage. We are also happy to carry out a sensory analysis of your distillates.
